Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting a creative or design team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino).
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Design Manager with launching new design projects.
• Create and maintain project folders, design technicals, and production documentation.
• Gather product specifications, reference materials, and design assets.
• Coordinate project timelines and maintain project tracking tools.
• Schedule design reviews and communicate milestones with internal teams.
• Support production artwork and design updates for packaging and print/digital assets.
• Prepare print-ready and digital production files following established standards.
• Make revisions based on internal and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and production specs.
• Organize and maintain version control of design files.
• Monitor project progress from concept through final production.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and production deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to verify artwork accuracy.
• Organize final files for internal teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and design archives.
• Verify deliverables are completed and archived.
