Job summary

Altium Packaging in Argos, IN is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of the Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date. You will work in a fast-paced plant environment with PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
