Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products at our Argos, Indiana site. The role requires loading, moving materials and operating packaging equipment while following GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, addressing bottle jams, inspecting quality, and assisting with inventory and labeling as needed. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; completion of Altium training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with loading, moving materials and operating packaging equipment.
