Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate at our Argos, Indiana facility. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

The position supports a 12-hour shift (A shift) from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with possible overtime as needed. Emphasis is on safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Loads, moves materials, and operates packaging equipment.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
