Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring for a shift-based operator role in Lincoln, RI. You will input data into a Machine Center computer, perform setups and reel changes, and relocate materials according to production needs.

This full-time on-site position emphasizes safety and accuracy across daily operations. We seek candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, a stable industrial work history, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Solid, stable work history with prior industrial experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer.
• Participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Input information into a Machine Center computer and verify accuracy.
• Handle setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocations as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for self and coworkers.
• Perform daily safety startup checks and additional safety checks during shifts.

Shifts:

Monday through Friday.

2nd shift:

3 PM to 11 PM.

3rd shift:

11PM to 7AM.

Pay Rate:

$24.25.
