Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a reliable Machine Center Operator for a Monday–Friday shift from 3 PM to 11 PM in Rhode Island. The role involves inputting data into the machine center, performing setups and changeovers, and moving materials while maintaining strict safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic math and computer skills.

Teamwork and accurate workmanship are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment and contributing to safety,

Responsibilities

• Input information into a Machine Center system and verify accuracy.

Shift: Monday through Friday 3 PM to 11 PM

Responsibilities:

• Required to input information into a Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.
• Will be responsible for setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocations as required.
• Required to follow safety guidelines for themselves and their coworkers. This will involve daily safety start up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer.
• Participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
