Job summary

International Packaging Inc. is hiring a Production Lead (Operator) for our Brooklyn Park, MN location. This on-site role requires owning a production line, coordinating the crew, ensuring materials and equipment are ready, and driving on-spec run rates.

You will train and support team members, monitor performance, and maintain accurate production records. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED encouraged.
• Basic math skills required.
• At least 1 year of printing/packaging experience; training available.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets and communicate with production team members.
• Own one production line, work center, or assigned job.
• Arrive before shift to prepare materials, staffing, equipment, and docs.
• Confirm job specs and line setup to hit run rates.
• Monitor run rates and product quality to meet specs.
• Complete daily production paperwork with accuracy.
