Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead packaging procurement strategy, supplier relationships and category management across direct procurement categories. You will drive savings, innovation and ESG benefits while coaching a team of procurement specialists.

The role reports to the Sr Director of Procurement – Coffee & Beverage and Packaging and requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in strategic procurement, with strong SAP, Excel and Power BI skills. Hybrid options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
Minimum 7 years in strategic procurement, sourcing, supplier relationship or category management.
Proven ability to drive cost savings, innovation and ESG benefits.
Experience with SAP, Excel, Prism, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute packaging procurement category strategies with stakeholders.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, and strategic sourcing across packaging.
Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities through strategy and negotiations.
Analyze spend, supplier metrics, and market trends to support decisions.
Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Operations, Legal and IT to align strategies.
