Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead packaging procurement strategy and supplier relationships. You will drive category management, deliver cost savings, and partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategic procurement and team leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in procurement, with familiarity of SAP, Prism, Excel, and Power BI. On-site in Solon, OH.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
7+ years in strategic procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or category management.
Track record of driving cost savings, supplier value, and ESG benefits.
Experience with SAP, Excel, Prism, Power BI, and MS Office tools.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategy development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute packaging procurement category strategies with stakeholders.
Manage supplier relationships and performance across packaging categories.
Identify and deliver cost savings through strategy, negotiation, and sourcing.
Analyze spend, supplier metrics, market trends to support decisions.
Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other partners.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Procurement Specialists.
