Job summary

Nature's Path is seeking an Operator to run and monitor automated packaging lines in our Oklahoma facility. You will set up machinery, ensure materials are ready for each run, and document inspection results to maintain quality.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork with a focus on safety. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with English communication essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good attendance and be able to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to assist where needed.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of industrial technology (HMI, labeling) is a plus.
• Must stand, twist, bend for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging and processing equipment.
• Set up machinery and ensure materials are ready for each run.
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Visually inspect production runs and document results.
• Troubleshoot minor line and equipment issues and notify maintenance if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area; perform changeovers.
