Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; associate degree or trade training preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience identifying root causes of mechanical failures.
• Experience in food/pharma manufacturing, GMP/OSHA/FDA/EPA standards preferred.
• Experience using CMMS systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as production schedules require.
• Must be able to read, write, and converse in English fluently due to SQF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify and install packaging and process equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Support continuous improvement with equipment and process expertise.
• Assist Operations with training and staff development.
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot high-speed equipment safely and efficiently.
