Qualifications

• Requires an HS Diploma or associate degree or equivalent trade training; applicable experience considered.
• Minimum 3+ years mechanical troubleshooting and repair in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA standards is preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation and preventive maintenance on packaging and process equipment.
• Follow GMP and safety programs to safeguard personnel and product safety.
• Complete preventive maintenance to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime.
• Provide equipment/process knowledge to Operations and assist with staff training.
• Maintain and repair equipment such as fillers, cappers, conveyors, pumps and gearboxes.
