Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process Validation & Production Optimization: lead trials, validate changes, and improve throughput.
• Technical Systems Integration: evaluate interactions of equipment and automate where feasible.
• Continuous Improvement: apply Lean/Six Sigma to monitor OEE, downtime and waste.
• Documentation & Standardization: create/update processes and standards across teams.
