Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Process Engineer - Packaging to optimize manufacturing performance by coordinating trials, validating changes, and standardizing best practices. You will analyze metrics like OEE, downtime, and waste, using Excel, Power BI, and MES to drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement across the production line.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4+ years of engineering project planning/management, with preference for pharmaceutical cGMP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 4+ years in engineering project planning or management.
• At least 1 year in a Pharmaceutical cGMP environment is required for consideration.
• Sterile manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production trials, machine tests, and process improvements.
• Validate process changes to ensure improvements are effective and sustainable.
• Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Support implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process enhancements.
