Job summary

Shelgin Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state territory for a major polyethylene packaging products manufacturer. You will sell a full product line into diverse markets including food processing, general manufacturing, beverage, lawn & garden, and construction films.

The role emphasizes direct selling with a strong distributor channel, travel up to 50%, and uncapped earning potential driven by performance.

Qualifications

Outside sales experience in the packaging industry.
Experience selling films, pouches, bags, sheeting, or related flexible materials.
Experience working for or with distributors is a strong plus.
Ability to travel up to 50% across the territory.
Proven track record in new business development and account growth.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development and expand existing accounts across a large geographic territory.
Sell polyethylene-based packaging solutions including films, pouches, bags, shrink film, and sheeting.
Manage direct customer relationships and distribution partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and service excellence.
