Job summary

Leclerc Foods is seeking a motivated production operator to join our team. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will help ensure smooth operation of equipment, maintain product quality, and support safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on the plant floor.

This role requires strong priorities management, comfort with touchscreens, quick decision making under pressure, practical problem solving, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment is required or preferred.
• Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens).
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Practical, concrete problem solving and solutions.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing environments; bilingual in French/Spanish is a plus.
