Leclerc is a family business with a long history of quality and innovation. Our Montgomery plant in Pennsylvania is seeking a production operator to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and the highest product quality.

You will report to the Production Team Leader and contribute to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement of the work environment. Responsibilities include safety, changeovers, quality tests, and cross‑functional collaboration for process excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfort with computerized technologies (touchscreens).
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• French or Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
