Job summary

Leclerc is a long-standing family business operating eight plants in North America. The Montgomery, PA plant is seeking a Production Operator to help ensure smooth production and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will apply safety standards, adjust settings during changeovers, perform quality tests, and collaborate with various teams to continuously improve processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable with computerized touchscreens and shop-floor tech.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick decisions under pressure.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
