Job summary

Leclerc is seeking an evening Capper Operator to ensure smooth operation of production equipment and maintain product quality at our Montgomery, PA facility. You will support safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll manage priorities, operate touchscreens, and make quick decisions under pressure while delivering practical solutions and strong teamwork.
