Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Basic computer and scanning skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and work around production equipment.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed.
• Assemble boxes using a tape gun and select correct box size.
• Inspect products and report defects to the Processor.
• Label and seal finished boxes and prepare for shipment.
