Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Understand plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training.

Troubleshoot problems and report issues promptly.
Work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Performs tasks in accordance with safety specifications and requirements.
Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on assigned tasks.
Maintains clean and organized work areas.
Reports all production waste to the Lead or Supervisor.
Ensures safety and quality throughout production.
Notifies Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
