Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to support daily plant operations and packaging of products for internal and external use. You will participate in changeovers, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and quality standards on a rotating 12-hour shift (8a–8p) with every other weekend off.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in manufacturing, good teamwork, and the ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support plant production for daily operation and changeovers.
• Assist in packaging of product for internal and external use.
• Rotate on a 12-hour shift (8a–8p) with every other weekend off.
• Maintain clean work areas and report production waste.
• Follow safety and quality standards and company procedures.
