Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support daily plant operations, including packaging, changeovers, and outbound shipments. The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift with every other weekend off.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Understand plant safety guidelines and complete safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot and report issues.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Stand 8–12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments.
• Assist in packing of product for internal and external use.
• Assist with changeovers with production teammates.
• Operate safely and maintain clean work areas.
• Report all production waste to Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain safety and quality throughout production.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
