You will operate and set up equipment like fillers, cartoners, bundlers and case packers, maintain product quality through inspections, support line changeovers, and participate in operator training. A strong focus on safety and cleanliness is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred and/or relevant work experience.
• Ability to operate multiple filling and packaging lines.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and problem-solving to improve quality, efficiency and safety.

• Perform filling and packaging operation
• Verify line clearance, bulk product and literature to prevent mix-ups
• Operate and set up fillers, cartoners, bundlers and case packers; perform quality checks
• Release line by following procedures and completing documentation
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment adjustments
• Complete final packaging records accurately
• Participate in operator training and safety initiatives
• Report safety or quality concerns and maintain a clean work area
