Job summary

Barlean’s is seeking a proactive packaging team member to operate processing and packaging equipment at our Ferndale, WA facility. The role requires adhering to the run schedule and maintaining product quality in a manufacturing environment.

Onsite work Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork to support Barlean’s ‘Pathway to a Better Life’ motto.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and documentation oriented processes.
• Willingness to learn Kaizen principles.
• Works well with others.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines and process lines.
• Maintain a clean workstation and productive workflow.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP, SOP, SQF).
• Follow run schedule set by the team leader.
