Barlean’s is seeking a proactive packaging team member to operate processing and packaging equipment at our Ferndale, WA facility. The role requires adhering to the run schedule and maintaining product quality in a manufacturing environment.

Onsite work Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork to support Barlean’s ‘Pathway to a Better Life’ motto.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative team player to join our Packaging Team. This person must be able to operate equipment efficiently and effectively while adhering to the run schedule assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• Work with a variety of machines that process and package Barlean’s products.
• Keep the workstation clean.
• Maintain a productive workflow.
• Ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all GMP's, GDP's, Barlean's SOP's, and SQF regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience in working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
