Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
• Perform basic maintenance and write work orders for items not able to be corrected.
• Plan and perform change-over functions and set up equipment.
• Eliminate waste on raw materials and production activities using LEAN techniques.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments.
• Record productivity and quality data on a shift basis with honesty and integrity.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures; use PPE as required.
• Keep operating area and equipment clean to minimize contaminants.
