Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operator I to support inspection, cleaning, loading, startup, and standard batch operations under supervision. This role includes performing line clearances and operating the inspection and packaging equipment while maintaining accurate batch records and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Candidates will contribute to quality compliance and participate in training for Packaging Operators II and III.

Qualifications

• Inspection, cleaning, loading all commodities, startup activities, and normal batch operation.
• Perform line clearances before and after each batch.
• Operate and troubleshoot the Inspection Machine (IM) and packaging equipment.
• Document work in batch records and logbooks; follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Shadow training of Packaging Operators II and III.
• Perform peer batch record documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance.
