Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operator I for the inspection, cleaning, loading of commodities, startup activities, and normal batch operation under close supervision.

The role requires training and strict adherence to procedures, with duties including line clearances, equipment operation, and documentation in batch records. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a high degree of training and adherence to strict procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, cleaning, loading all the commodities, startup activities, and the normal operation of the batch.
• Performs and documents line clearances before and after the production of each batch.
• Operate and perform minor troubleshooting of the Inspection Machine (IM) and the Packaging Equipment.
• Ability to operate advanced Human Machine Interface applications.
• Documenting work accurately and in a timely manner in the batch record and/or logbooks.
• Adheres to SOP’s, cGMP’s, and Safety Requirements.
• Performs "shadow" training of Packaging Operators II and III.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform peer to peer batch record documentation review throughout the shift to ensure documentation is accurate and in alignment to the Good Documentation Practice standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
