Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an Hourly FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operator I to perform inspection, cleaning, loading, startup activities, and normal batch operation under supervision. The role includes line clearances, machine operation, and HMI use, with strong emphasis on accurate documentation and compliance with SOPs and CGMPs.

You may train and shadow Packaging Operators II and III, review batch records, and assist with safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOPs and CGMP guidelines.
• Document batch records accurately and timely.
• Shadow train Packaging Operators II/III and support quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, cleaning, loading of commodities and startup activities for each batch.
• Operate and troubleshoot the Inspection Machine and Packaging Equipment.
• Document work in batch records and logs, ensuring accuracy.
• Adhere to safety, SOPs, and quality management systems.
