Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operator I to support inspection, cleaning, loading commodities and startup activities for batch production. The role requires performing line clearances, operating and troubleshooting the Inspection Machine and Packaging Equipment, and meticulous batch documentation under supervision.

Employees follow SOPs and safety rules, with training and recognition of Good Documentation Practice.

Qualifications

• Follow SOPs and cGMPs to perform packaging operations.
• Operate and troubleshoot HMIs on the line and ensure smooth running of equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in batch records and logbooks.
• Adhere to Safety requirements and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, load commodities and run the batch process.
• Perform line clearances before and after each batch.
• Operate and troubleshoot the Inspection Machine (IM) and Packaging Equipment.
• Document work accurately in batch records; ensure alignment with Good Documentation Practice.
