Altium Packaging in Memphis is hiring a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role handles proper packaging of materials and finished products, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain clean, organized workstations.

You will monitor conveyors, inspect bottles, handle jams, and ensure packaging meets customer specifications. Reasonable overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
