Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, Massachusetts is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a GMP-compliant environment.

You will monitor belts, inspect bottles, ensure correct labeling, and maintain clean workstations. The position requires basic math and computer skills, a High School diploma or GED, and completion of the company’s training

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Ensures correct labeling and packaging according to customer requirements.
• Maintains clean and organized workstations and restocks supplies as needed.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
