Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Kansas is seeking an entry-level FreeFlex Bag Packaging Operator I to support inspection, cleaning, loading, startup tasks, and routine batch operations. You will work under supervision to ensure high-quality packaging and compliance with standard procedures.

The role includes line clearances, documentation, and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Successful candidates will follow SOPs and cGMP requirements, participate in training, and contribute to a safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Experience handling inspection and packaging operations.
• Familiar with SOPs and safety requirements.
• Ability to document work accurately in batch records.
• Knowledge of cGMP standards.
• Ability to train others in shadow training.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, cleaning, loading all commodities and startup activities for each batch.
• Documents line clearances before and after production.
• Operate minor troubleshooting of the Inspection Machine and Packaging Equipment.
• Use advanced Human Machine Interface applications.
• Document batch records and logs accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and participate in ongoing improvements.
• Shadow-train Packaging Operators II and III.
• Support management with other duties as assigned.
• Review batch records to ensure accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practice.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
