Job summary

Fremont Brewing Company is seeking a full-time Packaging Operator at our Ballard facility to operate and maintain canning, bottling, and kegging lines, ensuring safety and quality. You will collaborate with brewing, cellar, and warehouse teams to hit production goals and perform QA/QC checks.

The role requires 1+ years of packaging experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong dedication to quality, with flexibility for first and second shifts in a fast-paced brewery setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of packaging operations and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving on the fly.
• Experience with rotary can fillers, case packing equipment, and palletizers/de-palletizers.
• An obsessive dedication to quality and detail.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOP.
• High ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling. Position will require first, and second shifts.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.

Fremont Brewing Company is currently hiring for a full-time Packaging Operator located at our main production facility in Ballard.Fremont Brewing is a regional brewery focused on producing high quality beer. The primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining all packaging equipment including our canning, bottling, and kegging lines. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about beer and deeply cares about making and packaging the best beer possible.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
