The role requires lifting 25–50 pounds occasionally, bending and standing for the shift, and completing paperwork as needed. Training others and assisting in other departments may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety guidelines.
• Understand and follow Food Safety Policies.
• Experience packing product on various lines.
• Palletize and box products to required standards.
• Bend, scoop and stand for the entire shift.
• Complete paperwork as needed for position.
• Train others to increase skill levels.
• Relieve others and fill in for Operators as needed.
• Assist in other departments when required.
• Clean and organize work areas regularly.
• Lift 25–50 pounds occasionally.
• Effective communication with team and management.
