Job summary

Pure’s Food Specialties, LLC. in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a packaging operator to operate and monitor production lines, set up equipment, and ensure safe, compliant manufacturing of food products.

You will follow recipes, read scale readings, perform troubleshooting, clean and refilling bins, and uphold GMP, HACCP, SQF standards while supporting shifts and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand recipes.
• Knowledge of GMP and allergen controls.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment on the production line.
• Set up, adjust, maintain and troubleshoot machinery.
• Clean and refill ingredient bins and ensure correct lot numbers.
