Taghleef Industries is seeking a Support Operator to assist in packaging finished BOPP film for the food industry. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, quality, and a strong work ethic within a busy manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will operate basic material handling equipment, perform inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining clean, safe work practices on a 3-day/12-hour shift with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete required skills assessment/testing.
• Able to work in a moderately heavy manufacturing environment.
• Capable of 3-day/12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Basic math and daily data entry skills.
• Operates a forklift and/or pallet jack safely.

Responsibilities

• Package and move completed film products.
• Weigh and label film following instructions.
• Audit packaging integrity and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Resolve quality, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Perform GMP activities in the work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Report contamination or food safety risks to supervision.
