Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Packaging Operator to run packaging equipment, support line leaders, and uphold quality and safety standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate packaging machinery across various stations.

You will follow GMP guidelines, assist with training, and perform changeovers, with opportunities to work on multiple shifts including weekends. Prior manufacturing familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery desirable)
• Internal candidates must have worked at FGF as General Labor in Production/Sanitation for minimum 6 months
• External candidates must have worked as machine operator for minimum 1 year
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Able to operate manual pump truck/electric walkie
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and works in cold/warm/humid environments

Responsibilities

• Operate all packaging equipment and ensure timely production
• Support Team Leader with training and teamwork
• Verify packaging materials per batch sheet
• Perform set-ups, change-overs, and troubleshooting on packaging lines
• Maintain GMP compliance and visual quality standards
• Clean area and complete production documentation in real time
• Manage inventory transactions using RF guns and SAP/OMS
