Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and changeover packaging line equipment, inspect finished goods, and back up line operators as needed. You will follow checklists, perform quality control, and handle materials while coordinating with MES, EWM, and SAP systems.

Starting hourly rate includes a shift differential and is set to support evening shifts; you will work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, contributing to a safety-conscious, efficiency-driven

Qualifications

1-3 years production experience preferred.
1-year fork truck experience preferred.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience
Demonstrated Communication Skills
Advanced troubleshooting/process improvement/root cause analysis experience
Demonstrated Project Management Experience
Self-motivated work behavior
Ability to influence other operators to further department objectives.
In-depth knowledge of all department equipment
Knowledge of product packaging standards
All required safety and regulatory training

Responsibilities

Machine operation for equipment identified in checklists.
Machine changeovers for equipment and verification checklists.
Perform preventative maintenance work on assigned packaging line equipment.
Perform all required quality control checks, record data as required and follow up appropriately.
Material handling of all supplies and packaging materials needed for assigned packaging line.
MES and EWM system execution and monitoring
Complete all department multiskilled training checklist requirements up to and including Block 6
