Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift to perform daily setup and operation of packaging equipment for the condiment markets. You will follow GMP standards and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment operation, data entry of quality checks, and meeting KPI targets. Team coordination, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to walk and stand for a 10 hour shift.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employees.
• Daily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment using hand tools and data collection tools.
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely manner.
• Learn, meet and sustain KPIs set for department goals.
• Provide peer support for successful department operation.
• Engage in cross training when available.
