Campbell's is hiring a Packaging Operator in Richmond, UT to operate and monitor packaging equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while following GMPs and shipping schedules.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, English proficiency, and a willingness to rotate through stations plus overtime as needed. Join a team focused on delivering high-quality products to consumers.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job responsibilities.
• Ability to safely operate and monitor packaging equipment.

Mansioni

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to meet production needs.
• Rotate between workstations and provide break relief as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area following GMPs and safety rules.
• Complete production, quality and operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Work overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
