Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking an Operator – Machine 2 to produce quality beverages on continuous motion packaging, filling and palletizing lines. You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform changeovers and maintain ISO GMP standards to ensure safe, efficient production.

Requirements include English literacy, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to work a rotating schedule, weekend and holiday shifts, and a strong safety mindset. We offer comprehensive benefits and CDL tuition support.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position.
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
• Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
• Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.
• Less than high school education; or 3 to 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.
• Ability to work with all functional team members.
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to climb 10 – 12 ft ladder.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment efficiently.
• Perform product changeovers without assistance.
• Perform package changeovers on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
