Job summary

Altium Packaging in Harvard, IL is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This role loads, moves materials and operates packaging equipment, while following GMPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors, clearing jams, inspecting bottles, and keeping work areas organized. Training is provided within 90 days of hire, with overtime possible as business needs rise.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling of materials and finished products.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
• Monitor conveyors and clear bottle jams on lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality and perform drop tests as required.
• Maintain neat, organized work areas and replenish supplies as needed.
