Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Feta Laborer I to support packaging and CIP duties in our feta department. This is mainly a seasonal position with a 3 AM–3 PM schedule and active safety practices.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and basic math and computer skills. Training is provided, and the site emphasizes teamwork and safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; in-house training provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math and computer skills; input and retrieve information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Follow safety policies and GMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily packaging duties.
• Perform vacuum packing as required.
• Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply.
• Complete required paperwork and quality checks.
• Wash tubs as required.
• Perform Master Sanitation/CIP duties as required.
• Set up the packaging lines for the next day.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow GMP/SOP.

The Feta Laborer I position is responsible for completing a variety of packaging and CIP duties to assist with the safe and efficient operation of the feta department. This position is primarily a seasonal position.

Starting Wage $24.73/HR. Two pay increases within a year, up to $1.00. 3 AM - 3 PM | 2,2,3 Schedule. Double time pay on Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily packaging duties.

Qualifications
