Summit Hill Foods is seeking Packaging Operators to rotate across packaging lines and support manufacturing needs. You will follow safety, quality SOPs, document production activities, and assist with maintenance tasks as required.

Candidates should have strong communication, math and computer skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced packaging environment requiring regular lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, math, and IT/software literacy are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Willingness to operate across multiple packaging lines and assist with varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple packaging lines following safety, quality, and production SOPs.
• Assist with PMs, adjustments and changeovers; refer complex issues to lead operator.
• Use forklift to move ingredients and finished goods when needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and accurate production records.
