LifeLine Foods, LLC is seeking a Packaging Operator to support plant operations by packaging finished products, transferring to bins, palletizing, labeling and stenciling bags, and loading outbound product. The role also involves unloading ingredients and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The candidate will operate packaging lines, set code dates and lot codes, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality checks and paperwork compliance. 100% on-site manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficient with computers, two-way radio, and packaging PLC equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• English fluency required.

Mansioni

• Safely and efficiently operate fork truck with standard forks and slip sheet attachment.
• Package products from 5 lb to 3,000 lb on bag and bulk lines.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on packaging lines.
• Operate and make changeovers of packaging lines; set codes.
• Load, operate, and adjust labeling machines; transfer product between systems.
• Perform quality checks and comply with HACCP, traceability, and GMP.
• Maintain appropriate pallet patterns and keep work area clean.
• Complete all paperwork accurately per quality requirements.
