Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an entry-level production operator to support daily plant operations in our Ohio facility. You will participate in packaging products for internal and external use, assist with changeovers, and collaborate with production teammates to maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior manufacturing exposure, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the stamina to stand 8–12 hours per shift while lifting up to 35

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass required safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to report issues.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
