Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to operate and maintain automated packaging equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions in English.
• Commitment to safety and quality, including lock-out/tag-out practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging operations to maintain line performance and quality outputs.
• Set up, operate, and monitor case packers, palletizers, and related systems.
• Perform changeovers adjusting conveyors and MSCs for different package sizes.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Complete package integrity testing and report defects.
• Assist with material handling and coordinate with forklift drivers.
• Maintain accurate production data entry on systems and interfaces.
• Identify equipment anomalies and troubleshoot with maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize lines and work areas following safety guidelines.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
