Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Kapolei, Hawaii seeks a Production Operator to support packaging and line operations. You will set up equipment, run multiple machines, inspect materials, and maintain quality while following GMP guidelines.

This full-time role offers day-one benefits and growth opportunities working with automated fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Production Operator experience.
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic.
• English language proficiency.
• Familiarity with operator control panels.
• Ability to operate automated casing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude to sequence startup/shutdown.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities for equipment setup, cleaning, packaging filling and labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
• Adhere to GMP; clean, sweep, mop, and scrub production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
• Visually inspect incoming materials and report non-conformances; inspect finished goods and report issues.
• Run multiple machines (fillers, cappers, robots, casing equipment) and complete quality checks and documentation.
• Provide relief for other operators and ensure proper operation of packaging equipment.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
